    First, turn on the sequence, first turn on the fan, then turn on the mill 1-2, and then open the A warehouse warehouse door after the startup is normal. The warehouse door is slowly opened from small to large to prevent the material from blocking the receiver. Normal operation, adjust the fixed flow of the warehouse door.
    Second. Wheat flour 1 carried by the negative pressure air flow generated by the fan. The upper Shakeron 1 is unloaded into the small hopper on the mill 1 through the wind off device. After a certain amount of wheat is in the small hopper, slowly push the clutch handle. When the feeding roller is turned to drive the wheat into the grinding area in the middle of the two grinding rollers, (to ensure that the two grinding rollers do not run out of material and damage the grinding rollers when they are in contact), fully close the clutch handle. Adjust the proper feeding amount and check the grinding effect. If there are uneven particles and excessive or light grinding, it is unreasonable and needs to be adjusted to a reasonable state. There are 4 hand wheels in the front of the mill. The two symmetrical large handwheels are used to adjust the gap between the two ends of the grinding roller. The small handwheel on the upper left is used to adjust the feed amount of the material, and the small handwheel on the upper right is used to adjust the roll distance. If the granularity of the grinded material is large on one end and small on the other, you need to rotate the lower 2 handwheels to adjust. If the feeding amount is not suitable, you need to adjust the upper left handwheel to adjust. If you need to adjust the grinding power, you need to adjust the upper right. Small handwheel.
    Third. The ground material flows into the powder sieve through the hopper, and the material is blown by the internal plate brush, rubbing and centrifugal force. The flour with small particle size penetrates the sieve silk and becomes under the sieve. The discharge from the outlet is transported to Shakeron by the winder for packing. What does not penetrate the sieve is a mixture of large-grain bran and slag core. The slag core mixture is exported from the sieve cover, and is conveyed to the classification screen by the air receiver. Shakeron is unloaded into the classification screen by the air closing device, and the classification is performed. The material is blown by the internal plate brush, rubbed and centrifuged. Function, the slag core with small particle size penetrates the sieve and becomes under the sieve. We collectively call it the core, which is discharged from the lower outlet of the sieve barrel and directly falls into the mill 2 for grinding processing. The adjustment of the mill is the same as above. The ground material enters the sieve through the hopper, and the flour with a small particle size penetrates the sieve to become the sieve, which is the flour. When all the wheat in warehouse A has flowed out, close the warehouse A door, open the warehouse B door, and perform the second cycle grinding. At this time, the particle size of the material and the wheat particle size change. The feeding of the mill can be reasonably adjusted according to the grinding effect of the material size Measure and roll distance. The process is the same as above, except that the materials returned to the large hopper can be directly exported by the sub-hopper to pack the bran according to the actual situation. If you need to grind again, you can perform 3 more cycles of grinding. Generally, 2 grinding operations can complete the wheat flour milling. When there is not much remaining material on the hopper of the mill, slowly pull open the clutch to leave the two grinding rollers, the feeding roller continues to rotate and feed all the materials in the lower hopper, and then pull the clutch completely open. Turn off the machine and the wheat flour milling work is complete. Turn off the machine sequence: Turn off the fan first, then turn off the mill, which is the reverse of the startup sequence. The dust bag should be cleaned regularly to prevent clogging and affect air volume.
